I'm still on my free 90 day trial and I understand they are supposed to update every Monday, yet I check on the detector every week connected to my home WiFi and it always tells me my database is up to date.
Am I doing something wrong? TIA

I updated yesterday, so it does seem to be working. Couple of ideas...1) Try again and if no luck using wifi, then 2) try Detector Tools as it will confirm the date of the last update. If Detector Tools shows a database date older than this week and you aren't getting an update, then I would call Customer Service. Usually its a quick fix for them

After calling support, they told me my detector wasn't registered, so I registered it and tried an update today and it worked.
