Bought a used Maxcam 360

I purchased a used Maxcam detector and would like to register it on the Drive Smarter app but it says the detector is already registered with another account. How do I register this under my account?

Contact the seller and have them delete the device from their DS app and call Escort customer service to delete the registration.

If you cant contact the seller to do this, then I would contact Escort customer service yourself.
