I called Escort on the phone to the US and they're looking into the issue for me.
Hopefully it will be fixed by Monday - the release the database every Monday :-) I'll let you guys know on this thread - thank you again! |

No "live chat" shows on my end either. Only the "Contact Us" blue bubble. When you use it you have to send an email. I've tried that before and got no response. Phone seems to best way every time. Looking forward to hearing the answer.

Hi again,
Escort actually called me back with a fix on the issue. It seems my radar was incorrectly registered in the US, instead of Europe so I was getting the US version of the Defender database. They fixed the issue by updating my registration in their database and now I get the European version of the Defender database! :-) As you can see, the number is totally different: I must say I'm VERY happy with Escort's help here. Greatly appreciated so kudos on that! Now we'll all wait for the "Band Enables" here, hopefully it gets resolved but in the meantime people can use the "Drive Smarter" app to get the "Band Enables" visible. Glad to hear that you got the problem fixed. I have always found Escort customer service to be helpful and square away the issue quickly.
