To set up servicing your Passport Max either call us at the number in my signature below or send me a private message with your name, address and email address.

We apologize for this inconvenience but once serviced these problems should not happen again. Thank you for your patience.
Thanks, I'll reach out soon. Out of the country week of July 4th so hopefully the turnaround is under a week on your end.

It shouldn't be a problem. We try to turn them around in three days tops. Depending on where you are located shipping will take longer. We ship using UPS Ground. You can check the UPS Ground transit time map using this website, our zip code is 45069. Contact me if you need further help.

Anyone else have this issue? I'm assuming it is related to the Max, whatever the "teeth" are in the RD aren't locking around the indentations on the mount. Though perhaps it is the mount itself? We have a week long trip to Europe coming up so can send both units in for replacement. Just curious what others have experienced.

Best, Jamie
Just drove my wife's car this weekend and had same issue. The max slid out of the sticky cup on its own. Tried to lock back to sticky cup but it will not engage. My wife leaves in car so this was a surprise to me.

Thanks for your reply.

I got this reply from Europe:

Sadly that unit has been out of support for a while now.
We don't make those plastics anymore.

Max and Max2 have different covers ?
