Got the serial #
Got the yellow card,
Number on yellow card is too big to fit in the DB code line.

Just run Detector Tools. There is currently no place online for the keycode. That was a security feature used in the past and is no longer needed.

Yeah, I did.
a window popped up saying that it was not registered, in the window is a link...
Click the link and it asks for S/N and DB Subscription Code.

Escort's technology seems to have taken about 5 steps backwards.

Wonder who is in charge of the company.

Are you past 90 days? AFAIK the database subscription code is for activation after you pay for a Defender Database Subscription. I know I did not need a code , I only had to register my 9500ix to get the initial 90 days.

Have you gone to https://www.escortradar.com/register/iregister.asp and registered your 9500ix?

https://www.escortradar.com/register/iRegupdate.asp to register with an existing account.

"If you own more than one unit, you will need to update each Account separately."

Thinking that you are trying to enter paid for subscription database info when instead you should be registering your 9500ix.
