The the only change with v1.3 is:
Disabling TSR no longer disables IVT Filtering

Ka band radar and Multaradar detection is unchanged.

Note that this only applies to the North American version of RedLine EX. The RedLine EX International uses different software. If you are not using it in North America then I recommend the RedLine EX International.

I suggest making sure of your dealer's return policy and then trying one if possible.

Interesting... I didn't know there even was an international version. I thought there was only one that would be used for everyone.

I agree, this is the first time i have heard this. I thought the big selling point for the new EX was it came "international ready". Hmmmm.

My guess is that the detector, itself, is international-ready, but perhaps the firmware that is loaded is designed for North American use vs International implementations.
