Default Ver 3..41 No Audio

Using Escort Live on my Pixel 4 XL. I don't receive an audible alert from phone or headset when using bluetooth. I see the usual alert on my screen but not audio or pause in my music like it used to do.

I also don't see anything in my setting to change the style of alert like I remember.

Any suggestions?

Trying to figure out what has changed.

I had some issues on my Galaxy S10+...not audio though. My issue was with the directional arrow during alerts. I did this per Moderator TBNTX and now it works fine. It might work for you as well...assuming you've checked your audio settings to ensure they are on.

1. Delete the app from your Android phone, and then re-start it.
2. Check in your BT settings to see if it still sees the detector via BT. If so, delete that connection
3. Go back to your Play store, download the app again and re-install.
4. Close-down the phone and launch the app once more.
5. Go thru the process of establishing between the app and detector.

Thanks Lobstah24! I would also recommend that they go through your steps here to get everything reset and see what happens. Make sure obviously that the volume is turned up on the media for your phone.

Good Luck!

No luck with following those steps. Can somebody check on their app and see if they still have the ability to select the tone for the alerts? I can't find them in any of my settings and seeing if it's just me.

Ok figured it out. For Alert Audio you have to select Phone vs Auto.
