Default Head mounts

Hi Folks, just fabbed up some mounts for my ZW5 heads and wondering if they need to protrude further out from the grill or if this set up will work. Alignment is perfect and they are dead level, just curious about how far out they need to extend if at all.

Great, thank you. Any details on the rev 2 heads with the white tape marker on the cables. How are they different from the gen 1 head if at all?

A part went end of life requiring minor hardware changes. Performance is the same between v1 and v2. We mark them because the bridge box must match which version of heads are used. They all must match, heads and bridge box.

Just trying to clarify:

1. Do all heads need to be the same version and match the bridge box (no mix and match of any kind between heads or box)?

2. Do the new v2 heads work on old bridge box?

3. Is there a new v2 marked bridge box for the new v2 marked heads?

Just trying to figure out if a single bad v1 head on a v1 issued bridge box can be replaced with a v2 head (or if not, will v1 replacement heads remain available)?

Thanks . . .

I do not have a faulty head at this time. I was just wondering if one went bad.

Is there any way to distinguish the v2 bridge box (as can be done with the white taped head)?
