Default Cannot update my Max 360

Good Morning,
I have been attempting to update my Max 360 but have been unsuccessful. I attempted to use Detector Tools & Detector Tools Pro on a PC and also Detector Tools on a Mac. All seem to have different issues.

On the PC, Detector Tools Pro is giving an error, “Exception Caught”. On the the PC, Detector Tools is also giving a different error. On the Mac, it says “Obtaining current firmware version”, and never proceeds. Any assistance in getting these issues resolved would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

To add, my serial # starts with 79 and I have not had any issues in the past updating. My firmware version is currently 1.6.

I can’t update either. I have SN:85 trying to go from 1.3 to 1.4 and I get the following error...”Unable to obtain available update information.” I am using latest DT, and not Pro...Usually works no problem but not last night nor this morning. Should I just be going to the Advanced Tab and forcing the “Update All”?

Yeah server must be down...even forcing it in Avanced tab doesn’t work

I received an email from a Consumer Care Expert w/ Cedar Electronics. He said that they were experiencing issues at that time and the issue is now resolved. How convenient ...
