Exclamation Introducing ZR5

Our new ZR5 Laser Defense System is the most advanced defense system against targeting laser guns. ZR5 can be used alone or interfaced with select Escort radar detectors* for the ultimate in driving protection.

With all-new ShifterMax sensors, ZR5 provides the ultimate in discreet operation. The included sensors are mounted into the front of your vehicle. The ZR5 controller is small enough to be mounted nearly anywhere or not used at all when ZR5 is connected to a compatible radar detector*. Alerts and settings are then controlled through the detector.

New ShifterMax laser shifters provide protection against all laser threats, including the latest variable pulse rate laser guns. Sensors can be programmed to "shift" for maximum protection.

Click here for more information and to order ZR5

Rear shifters are available separately.

Please note that "Shifting" may not be legal in your area. Check local laws before activating.

*ZR5 is currently compatible with Max 360c and Redline EX. Future firmware updates will add compatibility to the following radar detectors: Passport Max, Max 2, Max 360, PASSPORT, X70, ESCORT iX, X80, Redline EX and Beltronics GT-7

If using the ZR5 with the Max360c, how does the interface connect with the detector?

Will it require a plug- in into the detector?

I don't want multiple cords danging from my detector.

Thanks.

There are no extra wires when interfacing a detector with ZR5. The detector-to-ZR5 interface cord replaces your detector's power cord.

I want to ask few things: ZR5 have remote mute button like ZR4 when interfacing a detector with ZR5?

The controller acts like the remote mute button? Mutes the radar detector?

Yes, it is in the picture above (which is actually quite a bit larger than actual).

The actual size of the controller is:
2"/5 cm wide
0.63"/1.6 cm tall
0.63"/1.6 cm deep
