Default Max 360c vs. Max 2

Long time customer since 1998 - have owned many models - currently own Max 2 - leaning towards upgrading to Max 360c - any comments and thoughts would be appreciated from Max 360c owners re usability and radar range.

Since the BSM update to the MAX2 the two models seem pretty much the same radar wise.

The big advantage to the 360c are the arrows and I cannot stress how useful they are. The 360c wifi connectivity adds convince but DT works just fine and is simple to use. I find that with arrows I'd never go back to being without them (just like GPS voice alerts). With Escort's 30 day money back guarantee, there is little to lose giving it a try. You probably will keep it after you do .

Long time user here as well; since the ealy 90's. Former Max 2 owner as well, wife currently has a Max 360; I have a 360c in each of my cars. The arrows are a game changer for sure; once you have them it is impossible to go back.

Aside from the arrows, WiFi connectivity is what I find the most useful, since my cars are equipped with WiFi. The 360c is truly a "set & forget" unit, and with no need to fuddle around with Escort Live on your phone. Literally start the car, and all alerts are through the detector.

I know others have had issues with connecting to in-car WiFi and PSL's; I have had no such problems. Perhaps maybe because I have 2.4 & 5 ghz available and have only connected the RD to 2.4 networks, is my guess.

Going to the 360c from the Max 2 is a good move, IMHO. Go for it.

Question - is radar range with Max 360c just as good or better vs Max 2?

This statement would be correct if you factor in rear radar protection since the 360 has a rear antenna for the arrows. Front range should be very close to a draw.
