Default Never received Defender Subscription activation code

Good afternoon ....... On 8/19/20 I purchased a 3yr Defender Subscription for my new Escort detector. I got the emails on the purchase along with the "Your Defender Database subscription has been processed. A separate email will be sent with you activation key". The problem is I never got the separate email with my activation key so I can go to the website so I can Activate the Defender Subscription.

I realize with Covid19 things are crazy on your end but I tried calling and can't even get into Que to talk to a CS agent about the issue. Any help or input on getting this fixed so i can get my code would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help on this matter

I would call right at opening time and secure a plan in line using the call back feature.

Also have you tried looking in your junk email folder to be sure it isn't there?

Its unusual to not have received your activation code email. The turnaround is typically a day from order...especially mid week like yours. Have you checked your spam folder?
Otherwise...
Best to call CS first thing on Monday. Get into the callback queue right away and have your RD serial number available when they callback. They should be able provide you the defender code and activate for you.

Yeah I check the spam & junk folders. I emptied them out before purchase just so it was easier to keep an eye on. Guess I'll have no choice but fight calling in. Same thing happened to me last time when I purchased this & had to call in for the code because I never got it. Was hoping the issue was fixed from then but obviously not. Thanks for the replies

Be aware that you should also be receiving the confirmation via USPS physical mail.

Since when did they change that?

I've purchased multiple Defender subscriptions over several years, Aixelsyd, for my detectors.

I have always received an email and physical mail with the subscription codes for Defender, for each of my detectors. Say more.

It's been awhile since I bought a Defender subscription, cameras have been removed where I drive, but I also always received the subscription codes by both email and snail mail.

Angry Defender Subscription activation code never received

I have for Order #83596 not received an email with the Activation code. I checked my email and the spam folder and received nothing.

When I go under the order status it shows
Click here to retrieve Defender Subscription activation code

but it just hangs .


Please Advise. I can't get thru to customer service

Try calling right after they open at 9:00 A.M. Eastern time.

Wait for the pause following the message and use the option for a call back.

Once the queue gets full for the day the call back option is gone and you'll have to wait and call back on a different morning.

Escort customer service 1-800-543-1608, option 2, Monday through Friday, EST.

Early is a must!
