Beltronics detectors aren't compatible Escort Live...

Problem Number One... Getting the detector to connect to escort live

Bel Rx65 Date 0412

When i did the update though escort live cord everything went well but how i notice when i get a radar alert on the live cord the led alert stay flashing when the alert is gone and to fix it is to unplug the live cord and replug...

Problem Number Two...

Bel STI- Driver Date 2909

When i did the update though escort live cord everything went well but how i notice when i get a radar band alert it shows H 34.701 not KA 34.701 and i have it set to highway and for the last couple of days on the live app it shows the sti is connected on the bluetooth on the live app but when when i get a radar alert the display doesn't pop up, i turn off the detector and back on then it works...


My two redlines and 8500 x50 black and 9500ix's work just fine on the live cord...

What detectors are compatible with Escort Live?
Escort Live is compatible with: Passport 9500ix, RedLine and Passport X50*. Escort Live is also compatible with the following Beltronics detectors: STi Driver**, STi Magnum, GX65, RX65*

* M4 rev 6.3 or higher. To determine if you have an M4 detector; if your FCCID has "M4" in it then it is an M4 detector. If the FCCID is QKL8500 or QL4G1S7 then it cannot be used with Escort Live. Reset your detector to factory default settings to view the software version. To do this, with the detector powered off, press and hold the CITY, DIM and MUTE buttons while turning the detector on. The display will briefly show the software version number.If your software is lower than 6.3 then please contact us to have your detector updated.

Problem number one is not one that I am aware of. I will forward it to product development to look into.
