Default Can voltage display be optional?

Why does my X80 show voltage? Seems like I can look at my vehicle's gauge to determine this information.

Escort, can you please make the voltage display, optional?

That's just the default settings. Refer to your owners' guide how to change to other viewing options.

BTW, if you are running the Escort Live app while paired with your X80, you can manage the settings from the app itself.

From what I've read and tried, if you're using Escort Live! then you can pair your phone and have it display the speed limit and your current speed instead of the voltage and Bluetooth symbol. If you're not using Bluetooth then you're stuck with the voltage reading.

Hi AeroRider. If you weren't aware, owners can also change the settings directly on the detector thru its built-in menu settings.

Hi TBNTX - Said owner's manual doesn't seem to exist (per the other thread you responded to). The Reference Guide only tells you about the Bluetooth pairing to allow the speed to be shown. That being said, I'm still playing and learning. I really appreciate your insight and responses!
