Default Max 360c and BMW self-driving features

Anyone using a Max 360c with a late model BMW that has self-driving features?

Any conflicts or issues?

I'd probably be okay with disabling laser and/or K band if I really needed to, as almost all real threats I encounter are Ka band.

I'm asking not only about false alerts, but is it possible for the radar detector to influence the in-vehicle automation or safety features?

I have not heard of any reports of issues with these vehicles including interference with its systems.

Should not be a problem. Don't for get even though you disable say X and K band the detector still functions 100% and picks the signals up it just will not report them to the display.

I have a 2019 530E iDrive and have not had any issues when using the self driving features.

So far I haven't noticed any direct conflicts between the BMW systems (2020 3 series) and the Max360c -- no falses, etc. and I feel VERY well protected from threats between the radar detector and running Waze via Apple CarPlay.

However, since connecting the Max360c to the WiFi hotspot in the car, I've noticed the MPH icon is very inconsistent about when and where it displays speed. For roads around my home, sometimes it knows and displays the limit and other times not... only 5 mins apart. I assume it's not losing WiFi connectivity or the OSP icon would be displayed instead of the MPG icon? It just displays MPG with two dashes.

Any ideas what could cause this? Didn't notice this before I connected it to the hot spot and was running the Escort Live app connected through Bluetooth. Also I never seem to get Live alerts, as I did with the app + BT.

UPDATE : I just read in one of the other threads about a Wi-Fi issue others are having with the detector not connecting at all (thus dashes instead of speed limit). I don't believe this is what's happening in my case, because the app and the car show the Max360c successfully connected. I realize the WiFi connectivity is probably a separate topic than BMW self-driving features, but because it seemed intermittent I wondered if it could be related.
