Default What I'd like to see in future 360c firmware updates

I don't really have any complaints on the 360c, best detector I've owned yet. One small nitpick I have which could be resolved in a firmware update I believe is the auto brightness sensitivity. I find I have to manually adjust it at day and night. During the day on auto it doesn't go bright enough on it's own, especially with the top off my I can't see the screen or arrows lit up at all unless I put my hand over it to shade it, but at night that makes it way too bright to be distracting.

Glad to hear you like it Varekai!

This brightness nitpick, is it only happening with the top down on your car (it is a convertible)?

Not a convertible, but a Targa top (corvette). But yeah it doesn't get bright enough at all on it's own. Not sure where the light sensor is, that maybe it's in a shaded area so it always thinks that it's shady and doesn't need to be at full brightness?

I agree about the brightness. One update/change I'd like is the alert audio. I can't stand the "brap" and the mild option is too mild. I'd like to have the option of the standard "beep" for everything.

I pull the top off my Jeep and get direct sunlight.... I found if I change the colors of my screen it is better.....I can see green in direct sunlight much better than the other colors.

Ditto on the green.
I use it all the time now.

I notice with the new RL360c, the signal bars are difficult to see for locked out locations, in sunlight. It seems my M360c is a little less washed out in sunlight. I used to run the M360c with voice off as I could easily see the bars, but with the RL360c, I've started leaving voice on due to sunlight

If they made this any brighter it might appear to be a real signal. They gray this out and make it dim so that you can , at a glace, see this is there, but that it is false.

I'd like to see a "background option" - Dark (current default) and Light, along with the current color option settings.

An example of this already happens...when you connect to wifi, the PSL background turns white. And guess what...... even in direct sunlight, the PSL is visible.
If the entire display could have the option to be light, it would greatly enhance viewing the display in direct sunlight.

Escort....Please consider adding this to future Redline and Max firmware updates.

I would like to see the "Preference Timeout" in seconds increased on all models, so that when we are adjusting a Preference we are not timed-out so quickly and have to start all over.
