So should i send mine in every year to get the lenses replaced? Or is it something i can order direct from you guys and do my self?

What would be the charge to do this if i sent mine in?

Replacing the heads is the only solution.

Anything altering the lense will effect a jammer's performance. The more pitting, the more of the effect.

My ancient ZR4 heads (older than production) still work very well but they aren't pitted much at all.
