Default False alerts constantly

I have a Max 360C that is 13 months old (of course)

It is on 1.12 and I have tried resetting it... I am getting TONS of false alerts on the rear sensor at frequency 35.520.. sometimes showing 3 or more signals.. often times when I am in the middle of nowhere with no structures, cars etc for 10 miles or more.

This just started happening about a month ago.. I have turned off Ka and only enable Kan 2, 5 and 8.. is there anything else I can do?

If I send it in for service, how much does that typically cost when out of warranty??

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I'd talk to them.

Give Escort Radar customer service a call right after they open at 1-800-543-1608, option 2, available from 9am-5:30pm Eastern Time Mon-Fri. Wait for the pause following the message and use the option for a call back.

From what I understand Escort recently added more customer service reps. Training new guys during pandemic restrictions is probably a bit of a challenge. As far as I know Escort customer service reps are still working remotely from their homes.

2020, the year that just keeps on giving...

Unfortunately, this problem will require a trip to Escort for service. I had the same issue with my 360c. Both times the resolution was tightening the antenna casting screws and updating SW. The first time did not resolve the falsing but the second time did. No idea why tightening the screws the first time didn't fix and the second time did. ??? As for calling, it may require multiple attempts before you actually get the callback option but once I did, I got a call back within a couple of hours.

Good luck.
