Default Receiver wiring error - intermittent

I have had occasional display errors over the last 7 years indication to check receiver wiring. It usually goes away if I cycle power, and works normally.

Lately the error and annoying beeping keeps going. I have traced the wire, and it seems fine. Disconnected the din plug and reconnected. No apparent problem. Disconnected rj-11 plug, and reinserted. No apparent issue. Any ideas?

Last drive it seemed to stop, but I literally wasnít getting any radar triggers so I am hoping receiver isnít dead? Is there a test that can be done using laptop software?

It sounds like there is an issue with your receiver. Certain issues with the receiver can cause this error message to be displayed. To have it serviced please contact your installer. If you installed it yourself then contact our service department at the number in my signature below.

Escort Radar customer service is available from 9am-5:30pm Eastern Time Mon-Fri at 1-800-543-1608 or by live chat
