Default Can't connect to M1

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 plus with Att. It's says I'm connected to the network Escort M1 but underneath it says"internet may not be available" Escort tech is sending it to their engineers. I did connect twice-one for 5 seconds and the other time it stayed connected but unable to connect anymore times. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please see attachment

Put your phone in airplane mode and try again. Make sure you aren't near any other wifi sources that your phone would be set to connect to automatically.

Make certain you are connected to the M1 on your wifi and try again.

forget all wifi networks on your device including the M1.... Then Go back and connect to the M1 in airplane mode, but make sure wifi is still on.

Airplane mode didn't work for me either. I've found that if I just turn off my Network Data Connection when trying to connect to the M1, it will connect with no problem at all.

Before I did that, I was told that if I was in range of another wifi signal that it may be a problem. However, whether I am in range, or out of range of any known wifi signal, I can't connect unless I turn off my Network Data Connection.

I have a Google Pixel 3 that tries to make phone connections over data, or wifi, whichever is the strongest signal. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with anything, but that is the way that am was able to connect to the M1 without difficulty.

I finally was able to get connected. When I unplug my Escort Max 360c it works everytime. I tested my theory multiple times and I can only connect when my radar detector was unplugged.

That should be OK. The Live versions cause problems.

Mine connects every time I get in the car, but I have to manually forget network and sign in again if I want to view video or change parameters.

I have a Pixel 1...
