Default Lost ability to merge data on Max 360 after update

After updating my Max 360 a few weeks ago with new firmware, Detector tools will not allow me to merge data telling me to purchase a new subscription, though I purchased a 3 year subscription in Sept of 2016. Anyone else had this issue?

This has nothing to do with firmware updates, concerned_user, and Detector Tools doesn't ask for this.

From what I'm reading, this sounds like a login issue to Escort Live.

If you wouldn't mind, please provide more details, please.

After I purchased my subscription recently , the program says everything is good and thatís merging but in reality it doesnít for some reason and I canít figure it out.

I'm having the same issue, after updating the software, the button to update locations isn't lit up to choose. Have uninstalled and reinstalled software, no difference.

It might be grayed out because you are already up to date??

After it has updated the detector, unplug the detector from the computer and power it up normally. This finalizes the software update. After that, you can try merging the database again on your computer.

Also, if the serial number of your detector is displayed with a red background, your Detector Tools subscription has expired. You can purchase one from our website. If you are certain you have an active subscription, contact our customer service department at the number in my signature below.
