You have some noise on that hardwire circuit. I would put a filter on it.

Sure but Iíve never heard of that kind of noise causing KA Band.

Although the voltage difference is not that large, there should be no difference provided you check them both at nearly the same time. On modern cars the alternator voltage output right after starting will be higher than several minutes later due to the battery's need for immediate recharge.

Can you check the voltage on either cord without the car running? If so, it would be interesting to see what voltage you get on the battery versus alternator. On the battery each cord should have identical voltage and the regulation circuitry will be cut out of the equation to see if there is a cord issue.

It does this if the truck is running or not.. The real strange part is it never did this before the last update or the last 2 updates. I can't remember and my Redline Ex has never faulted like this. Would be nice if I knew someone local with another Max 360c to test theirs.
