To the OP: We are all new RL 360 owners. I don't believe anyone here owned one of these until 6/10 or later so this is new for everyone here posting. You have plenty of company!

Really - the same thing happened with the 9500, ramp up issues at first. You think they would have learned.

Well I think this issue is an entirely different animal than the old 9500 back in the day. Lot more going on now.

I'm waiting for mine to show up, when it gets here, maybe I can just not open it and just send it back for a prototype.

Default Red Line 360c

My sugjestion to Escort on the Red Line 360c would be to exstend the 30 money back to 90 days. Just on the Red Line 360c because of all the issues with it. That will say to your high end customers that Escort is there for them working on a fix at no risk to them.
It will also save shipping costs and refunding the price of the detector. I think that would be the thing to do.

I think theyíll do something due to circumstances.

Default Back on the road!

So I got my replacement R360c today. NO RATTLE! Glad I shipped other back because this one is quiet inside so I know how it should be. This is perfect.

Just hooked to Mac. Firmware and Defender updated no problem! Looking forward to some drive time with it later today!!
