Going down the hill around Kettlemen area driving south on I-5. Soon as I hit the top of the hill KA band chirped and it kept on getting louder, the LEO was about 6 miles away from where I got the first alert. He was already handing out a ticket to the motorist. Have so many saves specially on the I-5 both directions, specially around Highway 58 (Buttonwillow), most of them sit and wait behind bridge ramps. Love my Redline. Been using it since Dec 2013. My choice on long roadtrips. I would switch to my 9500ix if in city driving, specially on unfamiliar cities.

Redline saved me around a bend I was traveling a bit over the speed limit, and It caught the KA 35.5 around the bend. I was super excited that it saved me.

I have so many saves with the Redline now, I'd be posting here every day. It is truly worth its weight in gold.
Here was one from a few days ago. Tiny bit shy of 5 miles, vs. the CHP. It almost isn't fair anymore. ![]() Attachment 2000 |

Over two miles in hilly country. Ka lit up; it was over a minute before the county mounty passed by going the other direction.
I thought something was wrong with the redline as I waited so long. |
