I was having that same issue as well. The only option was to do as suggested by flylow7f39 to call early. I called just the other day right at opening and got threw in a matter of about 5 mins.

Once I got CS they activated the subscrition while i was on the phone and all was good to go. The guy even said they've been having issue with the second emails being sent out so ppl can activate the subscriptions. I even asked about the mailing like the first email says & they Do Not send the codes via snail mail as a few commented above.

What? I received a snail-mail with my activation code just a few days ago.

No clue in all my yrs with Escort and renewing the subscriptions I've never once gotten the codes via snail mail. Normally always via email except for the 2 renewals I did this yr I had to call into CS

2. Within 24-48 business hours (does not include weekends), you will receive an activation code via email. (This is separate from your order confirmation e-mail)

4. Wait 30 minutes for the activation to complete, at which point you can begin updating your detector.

I'm very aware but unfortunately none of that happened for the 2 Defender Subscription renewals I had to do this yr. Both times my only option was calling into CS and having them Activate the software

There may be something wrong with their system and it’s not issuing these. I would drop a line about this via the feedback email.
