My RL360 updates every Monday. I have whole house WiFi and it updates in the garage. I had to type in the password thru the Escort live app on my phone.

I have sent Escort an e mail describing this problem. I will give them a day or so and see if they reply back to me.

Escort isn't monitoring the email account presently. Your best approach is to call them first thing Monday morning after they open at 9:00 AM Eastern timee. S further instructions in my signature.

Ok will do that on Monday. Now the RL360c will not connect to my WiFi in my car. This is starting to look like a new software problem for some detectors. I never had a problem before, looks like it's my turn now.

First thing we need to know is their an update available for the past two weeks. I can't remember when Escort did not have an update for their defender data base.

I have the same issue guys. I haven't had a Defender Database update for weeks. Everytime I connect to wifi in the car I check and it says I have latest update via the buttons on the detector. I come to plug it into computer for update and the Defender Database button is grayed out. I unpaired the detector, double checked wifi was working and no luck. I even reinstalled all software to firmware v1.4 and did a reset and it still won't download any new detector updates at all even after clearing detector database and formatting the unit.
I think something went wrong somewhere.

Edit: I just was able to update my Max360 via Detector Tools for the database so is this isolated to RL360C?

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling DT Pro. The only reason I ask is because on my WIN 10 computer that updated recently the Escort Drivers were caused to reinstall on that same date.

Just got off the phone with Escort support you must call them if your RedLine 360c will not update. My detector is now working as it should it's something on their end causing the problem. He asked me if my detector was connected to my computer and the ID number of the update software. Then after about 2 or 3 minutes he told me to shut down the software and start it up again & sure enough I was able to update the detector.
He will ask you for the email you use with Escort & if it's connected to your computer. I don't know what he did but my RedLine is paired to my car again and seams to be working as it should. Good luck to all.

I got the beep and then update question just this morning. It feels to me like the updates are very regular.
