New Android phone, Escort Live app won't open

I have a new Samsung phone and the Escort Live app won't open past the startup screen ("Escort Live Drive Smarter"). I still have the previous phone, same Samsung model, the app opens and functions perfectly. I've already deleted the app, restarted the phone and reinstalled it without any success. Any suggestions?

Try the "Forgot Password" route to see if that would work.

I had this happen to me before where I wasn't able to log into Escort Live on my Android phone even though it was running on my iPhone. "Resetting" my password (even back to the original one) did the trick.
