I just bought another 9500ix and my AutoLearn isn't working. I have toggled the GPS filter on and off and updated the firmware. My other 9500ix AutoLearn works just fine. Escort customer service is closed due to Covid and isn't answering any emails. I am pulling my hair out because my commute has multiple false alarms and my old 9500ix filtered them out beautifully but this one hasn't once said "stored" on a false alarm. I have had this unit for months now so I am not sure what the issue could be

Can you perform a Manual Lock Out to test that Lock Outs & GPS work correctly? If it does then AutoLearn probably does too. It just might take longer to AutoLearn due to seasonal temperature variations and frequency drift. The false source needs to be transmitting at the same frequency and location each time you pass it otherwise AutoUnlearn may start to delay the Auto Learn process.
