Defender No Longer Accepting Corrections?

Defender used to accept proposed corrections/additions to its Database and acknowledge that it would be investigated. I no longer get an acknowledgement that it will be looked-into, nor are any such submissions I make acted upon as evidenced by continued error after multiple notifications.

Just asking, because I because if not I'll discontinue the submissions until such time the program comes back on-line.

I have no idea how or even if they are handling corrections at this time. I'll ask if someone might have a way to find out but I'm not certain if I can find out.

When something is submitted through the "Contact Us" link on this Forum where does it go and who responds?
Is it Escort or solely the Forum's Moderators? I used to be able to contact Larry through that link.

Larry has told all of us mods that he still in charge of the forum, but perhaps not as often as was possible. He is very involved with Cedar right now.

If something is submitted through "Contact Us" on the Forum, does it go directly to the Moderators, to Larry, or a mailbox that you all have access to and from which any of you can respond?

"Contact Us" on the bottom of the page goes to the forum administrator. Moderators do not have access to it, we never see it.

Yes it is. I used this same link. I was just trying to make it more accessible and easy and fast to find when folks need to contact the admin.
