Default "invalid serial number"

Received my 360c yesterday and promptly registered it on the website. Received confirmation email and then connected it to the live app via BT, connected the 360c to the wifi in my car. Got the white background indicating it is connected to wifi, and the app shows it is connected to my phone. However, when the app asks me if I want to register the 360c with the app, it tells me it is an invalid serial number. Is this because I already registered the unit on the website? Does this have any effect on the update subscriptions or anything else?

Yes. If you've already registered it online, that's all that you need to do. If you're running Escort Live with the detector, you'll need to log into your account using the same credentials that you used to register the detector.

Thanks for the reply. I confirmed that I'm using the same credentials in the app but it asks the same question every time I open the app. Not very convenient when I'm trying to report a sighting.
