I'm having some issues with my X80. I sent an email on 10/17/18 and received an automated response of "Due to high email volume we are delayed in our response time. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working very hard to correct this. For immediate assistance, please call us at 800-543-1608, option 2 on the menu." I didn't think "delayed' would mean 3 weeks or longer. Also, option 2 has a long hold time, the sales line will get you assistance very fast. Not the customer service I like to deal with. Help would be appreciated.
